The Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Tulgeen Group are responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of Tulgeen Disability Services in accordance with the law, the decisions or the Board, and governance policies.
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for:
- Implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors
- Preparing and presenting the Annual Report
- Liaising with and reporting to funding bodies
- Providing effective organisational administration support
- Overseeing the employment and management of staff
- Managing corporate reputation
- Managing effective communication and cooperation with stakeholders, and
- Preparing a strategic plan and organisational performance targets for Board approval.
