In-home Support : TES : Client Eligibility Criteria

Client Services is funded by the NSW Government – Human Services Ageing, Disability & Home Care (ADHC).

Client Services is responsible for the delivery of Tulgeen Disability Services’ In-home Support and Training & Education Services (TES).

In-home Support is dedicated to providing clients with support in all facets of daily living with a specific focus on developing independence, and being a part of the community.

TES is a training and education service for clients who would like to develop and maintain skills, participate in sport and recreation activities, access community activities.  The service also offers personalized programs for clients with high support needs.

The Client Services Manager (CSM) makes sure funds provided by Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) and other funding bodies are managed through appropriate planning and budgeting; and all internal and external reporting requirements are met.

Another key responsibility of the CSM is liaising with other agencies, regarding the provision of services to clients, and representing Tulgeen Disability Services in negotiations, and at other meetings and conferences.

The CSM also manages staffing levels, supports training opportunities and monitors amenities for staff.
